Terms of Service

These terms apply whenever you open or use ometv.us, with or without an account. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. Our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines are part of these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, and allowed to use a service like this where you live. By using ometv.us you confirm both.

• You can start without an account. Some features — buying coins, following people, settings — need one.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
• One person, one account. Accounts may not be sold, shared or transferred.

• Calls are paid for with coins bought on ometv.us. A random match costs a set rate; a direct call costs the rate set by the person you call.
• You're shown a notice before charging starts on a call.
• New accounts may receive free matches or free call time. Whether an account gets any, and how much, is decided automatically and can change.
• Coins have no cash value, can only be used on ometv.us and can't be transferred to another account or another service.
• If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us with the details.

Follow the Community Guidelines. In particular, don't use ometv.us to harass anyone, to show explicit content, to impersonate someone, to advertise or to move people elsewhere, and don't try to break, scrape or overload the site. Don't record or share other people's calls without their permission.

We may remove an account that breaks these terms or the Community Guidelines. A removed account can't be registered again. If you think we removed yours by mistake, contact us and we'll review it. You can ask us to close your own account at any time through the contact page.

ometv.us is operated independently. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by OmeTV or the company that runs it. OmeTV accounts, coins and lists can't be used on ometv.us, and we can't act on anything inside an OmeTV account. Names of other services appear on this site only to explain that difference.

If you believe something on ometv.us uses your trademark or copyrighted work without permission, email us through the contact page. Please include who you are, what the work or mark is, where on ometv.us you saw it, and how to reach you. We'll reply and handle it.

We work to keep ometv.us running well, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, or that someone will be online at any given moment. ometv.us is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses arising from your use of it, or for what other users say or do on a call.

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date on this page shows when they last changed; using ometv.us after a change means you accept the new version.
