Where each kind of question goes, and what to put in your message.
A problem with someone on a call
The quickest route is a report: open their profile, tap the menu and choose Report. It goes straight to our review team. Block is in the same menu if you never want to hear from them again.
Coins and payments
Email us with the date of the purchase, the amount, and the email address on your ometv.us account. We'll look it up and reply.
Your account and your data
To close your account, or to ask what information we hold about you, email us from the address on the account so we can confirm it's you. The same goes for an account you think was removed by mistake — tell us and we'll review it.
Trademark and copyright questions
If you think ometv.us is using a name, logo or piece of content it shouldn't, email us and say what it is and where you saw it. We'll reply and deal with it. The process is described in our Terms of Service.
Questions about an OmeTV account
Those need to go to OmeTV. ometv.us is a separate site and can't see or change OmeTV accounts, bans or payments.
