To run a call and keep the site working, we handle:

• a temporary guest identity created for your browser;
• technical details such as your browser and device type, IP address and approximate region;
• basic usage information, such as which pages you open and when a match starts or ends.

An account adds what you give us: your email address (or the details from the sign-in option you pick), your nickname and profile photo if you set them, the people you follow and block, and your settings.

Payments are handled by payment providers. We receive a record of the purchase — amount, date, status — and your coin balance. We don't store your full card number.

Calls are not recorded. Messages you type in a call are kept with the conversation so it works and so reports can be checked. Automated checks may run to help enforce the Community Guidelines. When you report someone, the report and what you attach to it are kept for review.

We don't sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that help run ometv.us (hosting, payments, email), and when the law requires it.

ometv.us stores small pieces of information in your browser — for example, to keep you signed in and remember settings such as automatic translation. Clearing your browser data removes them and signs you out.

Email us from the contact page, using the address on your account, to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to close your account and delete it. Some records — payments, for example — may have to be kept for as long as the law requires.

ometv.us is for people aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger and remove such accounts when we find them.

ometv.us doesn't receive or hold any data from OmeTV. If you want your OmeTV data, ask OmeTV.

When this policy changes, the "Last updated" date on this page changes with it.
